DELIVERY POLICY – BLACKLINE TACTICAL

Processing & Shipping
• In-stock orders: shipped within 1–3 business days
• Pre-orders or backorders: delivery according to the stated timeframe


Shipping Partners
• Shipping via reliable carriers
• Track & Trace provided when available


Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may apply during promotions or when a minimum order amount is met


Risk Upon Delivery
• Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery
• Damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours (including photos)


RETURN POLICY – BLACKLINE TACTICAL


Return Period
• Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt
• Returns must be registered via email or return form, clearly stating your name and order number


Return Conditions
Products must be:
✔ unused
✔ clean and undamaged
✔ complete and in original packaging

Outdoor and bushcraft items that show visible signs of use (e.g. knives, tools, gear) will not be accepted.


Return Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer
• Returns are shipped at the consumer’s own risk


Refunds
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection
• Via the original payment method


Exclusions
Returns are excluded for:
• Used survival and bushcraft products
• Hygienic items
• Personalized products
• Digital products
• Sale items


TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BLACKLINE TACTICAL


Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
• Entrepreneur: Blackline Tactical, operating via the webshop
• Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business
• Agreement: any agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer
• Products: outdoor, bushcraft, camping, survival, and tactical items


Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement.
  2. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
  3. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Article 3 – The Offer

  1. The offer contains a clear and complete description of the products.
  2. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.
  3. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on the entrepreneur.


Article 4 – Formation of the Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded after placing an order and receiving confirmation by email.
  2. The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders under special circumstances.


Article 5 – Prices and Payment

  1. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payment must be made using the available payment methods.
  3. In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur is entitled to terminate the agreement.


Article 6 – Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place in accordance with the Blackline Tactical Delivery Policy.
  2. Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the consumer to compensation.


Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
  2. The withdrawal conditions are included in the Return Policy.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for, among others:
• Used outdoor and survival products
• Hygienic items with broken seals
• Specially ordered or personalized products
• Sale items


Article 9 – Warranty and Conformity

  1. Products comply with the agreement and reasonable expectations.
  2. Wear and tear resulting from normal or intensive outdoor use is not covered by warranty.


Article 10 – Liability

  1. The entrepreneur is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
  2. Outdoor, bushcraft, and survival products are used at the user’s own risk.


Article 11 – Complaints

  1. Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
  2. The entrepreneur will provide a substantive response within 14 days.



Article 12 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
